THE
NEW CONCEPT OF THE FASHION FAIR
·
Establishing the
Fashion Fair Council – the members are the most prominent fashion
experts: designers, fashion journalists, professors of the Faculty
of Applied Arts.
·
Comprehensive
media coverage.
·
International
promotion of the Fashion Fair, information and attracting buyers
through: importers association, chambers, embassies, all World Trade
Centers, representatives of Belgrade Fair, GTN advertising through
USAID ( The United States Agency for International Development) and
FLAG INTERNATIONAL, VIBILIA network information publishing in
English, Executive Newsletter and OST-WEST publications on the
Internet and contacts with the representatives of this organisation
through the institutions of the Chamber of Commerce, GTZ (Deutsche
Gesellschaft fur Technische Zusammenarbeit), SIEPA ( Serbian
Investment and Export Promotion Agency), Euro Info Correspondence
center as well as AM CHAMB.

Special
attention is paid to attract the buyers from the neighbouring
countries, South East Europe, Russia and EU.
·
Domestic
buyers receive information on the Fashion Fair with the invitation
to visit the Fair and free entrance tickets.
·
Successful
domestic firms which have established their own brand (Hall 3).
·
Organised
appearance of hairdressers, cosmetics and perfumery through the
Association.
·
Co-organiser
“Select Model Agency” organises fashion shows throughout the
Fair on catwalk of the Halls 1 and 3.
·
Accompanying
programme: presentations, press conferences, expert gatherings and
seminars with active participation of the Serbian Chamber of
Commerce, GTZ, Yutef, ( presence of experts from the competent
ministries taking active part in seminars enabling direct contact
with the related ministries).
The
new concept of the Fair is designed to engage and provide full
Belgrade Fair services to increase the profitability and
requirements of the exhibitors.
The
Fair’s new concept correspodns to the Serbian Government campaign
concerning the domestic textile industry revitalization project,
with the full support of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Services
as well as Ministry of Economic Relations with Foreign Countries, as
well as considerable number of domestic firms which have created
their own brand.
